about us

Marronage is a business venture originated by two creatives with innovative ideas on home accessories, art and fashion.

  • Founder/Creative Director

Artist. Nurturer. Warrior. Megan was born in California, grew up in Charm City, and knew from a young age that she wanted to be in the arts. She moved to NY to study at Parsons School of Design, earning her BFA in Communication Design. Being a fine artist, a printmaker, and a graphic designer primed Megan to use her creativity to start the in-house art department of the iconic fashion trade show producer ENK International. She was also an art director for Vanity Fair Magazine and then moved on to create her own business, The Mardiney Group where her clients include the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, NYU and the YMCA of Greater New York, just to name a few. Megan is a co-founder of Marronage.

  • Design Director/Co-Founder

Tina Wilson. Artist. Warrior. Visionary. Tina was born in Detroit, Michigan, the eldest of 6 kids. She moved to NYC as a budding “artist” to study fashion at Parsons School of Design and made it her career working for and with fashion “visionaries” Calvin Klein and Donna Karan among others. Having “wandered” the world in search of fashion and design Tina has been given the tools to observe and create beauty through writing and illustrating. Tina is a blogger for LingerieBriefs, creator of Control Freak and the co-founder of Marronage.

The mission of Marronage is to inspire wanderlust, risk-taking and storytelling with products and services rooted in function and familiarity in order to create a positive impact in the ever changing landscape.
